The oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, zinc, potassium, proteins, and other minerals therefore making it the best supplement for hair, skin, and health. Almond oil is available in sweet and bitter almonds, the bitter almond is extracted from bitter almonds, and it has glycoside amygdalin that is converted into toxic hydrocyanic acid during processing.
